The heart behind Renew Mobility ❤️ This Valentine The heart behind Renew Mobility ❤️

This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating the people who make our mission possible.

We asked our staff what inspires them and what they love most about working here — and their answers show what makes Renew Mobility so special.

💜Meet Gwenetta💜 After moving from California to W 💜Meet Gwenetta💜

After moving from California to West Michigan, Gwenetta faced overwhelming challenges navigating Medicaid and healthcare. Confusing letters, rising costs, and anxiety made everyday life stressful.

Thanks to a referral from Senior Neighbors, Gwenetta connected with Renew Mobility, where she received a bath chair that brought her more than convenience — it brought safety and peace of mind.

“The bath chair eases my anxiety and helps me feel safe,” Gwenetta shared.

✨ A simple piece of equipment can make a powerful difference. We’re honored to support Gwenetta on her journey.

Last week, we were honored to welcome Congresswoma Last week, we were honored to welcome Congresswoman Hillary Scholten to Renew Mobility for a special meet-and-greet with our staff, volunteers, board members, and pediatric clients.

Her visit gave us the opportunity to advocate for our mission and share stories behind it—showing how access to mobility equipment can truly change lives, especially for those who face barriers due to limited insurance coverage or financial hardship. Thank you for taking the time to connect with our community and learn more about the work we do. 💙
